Like an unfinished novel...
...our lives are works in progress: which means we have the power to change the plot; develop our character; and investigate new themes. Yet, we are also subject to the changing elements around us which we cannot control. Our lives are a mix of that which we have the ability to influence and that which we do not.

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed with a whirlwind of events and experiences either from our past or present or worries about the future - everything feels like its moving too fast.

Equally at times we can feel a little stuck, as if we have a case of writer's block for our lives which is stopping it from flowing the way we wish it would.

This is where therapy can help. Through therapy I can help guide you to a place of confidence, balance and creative flow.
